If you’re not completely happy with your bathtub or faucet, let us know within 30 days of purchase and we’ll help you return or exchange it. A return authorization is required first, and a restocking fee and return shipping apply, so the details below explain how it works.
A few important details
- Returns must be requested within 30 days of delivery, and a return authorization (RA) number must be obtained before returning anything.
- The item must be unused, in its original condition, and in its original packaging.
- A receipt or proof of purchase is required.
- Return shipping is the customer's responsibility, and a 25% restocking fee applies. Original shipping costs are not refundable.
- Custom orders and backordered items cannot be returned or exchanged.
- The 30-day guarantee does not apply to Giagni bathtubs.
