Q: How does the shipping work and when can I expect to receive the item?

A: After you have placed an order, you will be sent an order confirmation via email. This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorised your credit card for the purchase. All In-stock items will ship in 1 to 3 business days. Average ship times for in-stock items take 1-7 business days to your residence. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse.

Q: Will I get the order confirmation email? 

Yes. You will get an email confirmation right after you place the order. If you do not receive the email after you place the order, check your spam folder. Once your order has shipped, you will receive a shipped confirmation as well.

Q: How do I check the status of my order?

Please visit check your shipping confirmation email and check the order status page to locate your tracking information. If you did not receive this email to your inbox, please check your spam folder.

Q: What does the lowest price match guarantee mean?  

A: If you find an online store that offers a lower price than we do, within 90 days of your purchase we will refund your original payment for the difference and we’ll also give you $100! Additionally, if within 3 months of purchase, you find that an item you had ordered is listed as cheaper on our own site, we will once again refund you the difference.

Q: Why are your prices so much lower than other competitors?

A: As a family operated business specializing in bathroom decor only, we do not have large operating expenses like the superstores do. We do not charge more to cover our advertising budget. In addition, we have a great relationship with our manufacturers so we are able to get high discount rates to help our customers save money. 

Q: How do I return an item?

A: We will politely and quickly refund or exchange any products within 30 days of delivery. Please e-mail us at info@luxuryfreestandingtubs.com and once your return is received we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your product and we will process the refund in the next 7 days.

Q: How does the 30 Day Money Back Guarantee work?

We are so confident in our products and services that we offer a money back guarantee. If you're not 100% satisfied with your purchase simply contact us and we'll politely and quickly refund your purchase.

Q: Do you offer warranty?

Yes, all of our products are backed by the manufacturer’s warranty.  

Q: What to do if my bathtub is damaged in transit?  

We ship bathtubs only with the best couriers in the industry and all bathtubs are thoroughly inspected before being shipped. If your purchase is damaged in transit do not sign the shipping papers because that means you will be accepting a damaged bathtub. Please contact us immediately and e will arrange to have the items returned to us and quickly replaced.

Q: What are my options for payment?

We accept all major credit cards: VISA, DISCOVER, MasterCard, American Express, JCB. We also accept Pay Pal and Apple Pay.

Q: Can I cancel or change my order?

All in stock items can be canceled at no charge prior to shipping. For the backorder item, it can be canceled but no refund will be issued. If your order has shipped then you must follow the return policy.

Q: Do you charge sales tax?

Sales tax only applies to Wyoming residents. A 4.25% sales tax is automatically added to only order placed in Wyoming. All shipping charges are non-taxable
