Shipping Policy

ORDER CONFIRMATION:

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase you made.  As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  In very rare cases, if your item is on backorder or needs to go through the manufacturing process, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

 

ORDER SHIPMENT:

All In-stock items will ship in 1 to 3 business days. Average ship times for in-stock items take 1-7 business days to your residence. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at the checkout.  For out of stock items, the average time is 5 to 10 business days. The average time of backorder is 4-5 weeks. The average time of custom order is from 2 days to 2 weeks. We will reach out to you via e-mail or phone if your item needs to backorder or needs to go through manufacturing processing. We will notify you the estimated shipping date and confirm if you want to continue processing the order. 
Packages may be delivered at separate times, in separate packages, to improve shipping.

 

Note:
- Truck freight deliveries to some regions of Washington, New York, Massachusetts, Missouri, Virginia, North-South Dakota, Montana, Georgia, Connecticut, Oregon, Idaho & California or rural locations are considered high-cost delivery areas by freight carriers and in some very rare cases you may be contacted regarding a freight surcharge. - For all EAGO orders a 25% restocking fee applies once they ship out, even if the shipment is not accepted by the end customer.
