Order Confirmation
As soon as you place your order, you’ll receive an order confirmation email confirming we’ve received it and pre-authorized your card. We then contact our supplier to confirm the item is in stock and ready to ship. In the rare case an item is on backorder or being made to order, we’ll reach out by email.
Order Shipment
Most in-stock items ship within 1 to 3 business days and arrive within 1 to 7 business days. We’ll email tracking within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse. Out-of-stock items typically ship in 5 to 10 business days; backorders average 4 to 5 weeks; and custom orders take from 2 days to 2 weeks. If your item needs to be backordered or made to order, we’ll contact you with an estimated ship date and confirm you’d like to proceed. Orders may arrive in more than one shipment.

Shipping is free on most orders. In rare cases, truck-freight deliveries to certain high-cost or rural areas may involve a freight surcharge; if that applies to your order, we’ll contact you first so there are no surprises. Transit-time estimates are not guaranteed. Please also note that EAGO orders are subject to a 25% restocking fee once shipped, even if the shipment is not accepted. Questions?
