Order Confirmation

As soon as you place your order, you will receive an order confirmation e-mail.  This means that we have received your order in our system and pre-authorized your credit card for the purchase you made.  As soon as we receive your order, we reach out to our suppliers to confirm that it is in stock and available for immediate shipment.  In very rare cases, if your item is on backorder or needs to go through the manufacturing process, we will reach out to you via e-mail.

Order Shipment

Most In-stock items will ship in 3 to 5 business days. Average ship times for in-stock items take 1-7 business days to your residence. We will send tracking information within 24 hours of your order leaving the warehouse to the e-mail address you provided at the checkout.  

For out of stock items, the average time is 5 to 10 business days. The average time of backorder is 4-5 weeks. The average time of custom order is from 2 days to 2 weeks. We will reach out to you via e-mail or phone if your item needs to backorder or needs to go through manufacturing processing. We will notify you the estimated shipping date and confirm if you want to continue processing the order. 

Packages may be delivered at separate times, in separate packages, to improve shipping.

About the Founding of Luxury Freestanding Tubs

Luxury Freestanding Tubs began with a trip to Europe and an unexpected love of bathrooms. Where some travelers come home talking about the architecture or the history, we came home talking about the bathroom design, and above all the beautiful freestanding tubs we kept finding everywhere we went.

Back in the States, we set out to bring that same look into our own home, and found it was surprisingly hard. Freestanding tubs were everywhere in Europe but only beginning to catch on in American bathrooms, and few sellers offered much selection or knew the products well. So, we decided to build the store we wished we'd had.

We've been a family-owned business since 2013, and over that time we've built lasting partnerships with some of the industry's leading brands, including Barclay Products, A&E, Alfi, and EAGO. We focus on bathroom decor and nothing else, which is how we keep our selection deep and our prices sharp.

What should I do if my bathtub is damaged in transit?
We ship with trusted freight carriers and inspect every bathtub before it leaves the warehouse. If your item arrives damaged, do not sign the shipping papers, since signing means accepting a damaged tub. Contact us right away and we'll arrange for the item to be returned and replaced quickly.

What payment methods do you accept?
We accept Visa, Discover, Mastercard, American Express, and JCB, as well as PayPal and Apple Pay.

Can I cancel or change my order?
In-stock items can be canceled at no charge before they ship. Backordered items can be canceled, but a refund cannot be issued on them. Once an order has shipped, our return policy applies.

Do you charge sales tax?
Sales tax applies only to orders shipped to Wyoming, where a 4.25% rate is added automatically. Shipping charges are not taxed.
